Terms and Conditions – 1234xxx Official Platform Rules

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 1234xxx ("we", "us", "the Platform", "1234xxx") governing your registration, access and use of the 1234xxx online gaming and sports betting platform at https://1234xxx.net.

By creating an account on 1234xxx, accessing the platform in any capacity, depositing funds, placing bets or claiming any promotional offer, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 1234xxx platform.

These Terms are written in English for the convenience of Pakistani players but the legal meaning of the text governs regardless of any interpretation in another language. 1234xxx reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of 1234xxx after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain a valid account on 1234xxx, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 1234xxx does not permit access to or use by persons under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate, trust or nominee accounts are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date registration information including your real name, date of birth, valid mobile number and a working email address.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing from any jurisdiction where participation in online gaming and betting is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor or affiliate of 1234xxx or any of its group companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless explicitly authorised in writing.

You may hold only one account on 1234xxx. If you have previously held an account that was closed, suspended or self-excluded, you may not open a new account without first obtaining explicit written permission from the 1234xxx support team. Opening a second account is grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances across both accounts.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. 1234xxx is not liable for any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain secure credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately via live chat.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on 1234xxx are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers, Visa and Mastercard bank cards.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. 1234xxx does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges which are outside our control.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and financial fraud. 1234xxx reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above Rs 50,000.

Deposited funds are used for gaming and betting purposes on 1234xxx. Funds deposited in error may be returned upon request, subject to verification. 1234xxx is not a bank and does not pay interest on player balances.

Any transaction that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder may be voided and the relevant funds held pending investigation. 1234xxx cooperates fully with financial institutions on fraud investigations and may provide transaction records as required.

4. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

From time to time, 1234xxx offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin tokens, cashback and other promotional offers to eligible players. All such offers are governed by these Terms and any additional specific terms that accompany the promotion concerned.

The following general rules apply to all 1234xxx bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the specific offer.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new registrations only. A player who has previously held a 1234xxx account, regardless of whether it remains active, is not eligible for a new welcome bonus.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the specified claim window. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the total amount you must bet before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable. The standard wagering requirement at 1234xxx is 20× the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games and live dealer games may contribute between 10% and 50%; sports bets on odds below 1.50 may contribute 0%. Specific contribution rates are published in the bonus terms.
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated timeframe, typically 30 days from the date the bonus is credited to your 1234xxx account.
• 1234xxx reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already accepted a bonus will not be disadvantaged by changes made after acceptance.

5. Games, Betting Rules and Dispute Resolution

All games and betting markets available on 1234xxx are governed by the rules published by the respective game providers and by 1234xxx's own sports betting rules. In the event of a conflict between a game provider's published rules and 1234xxx's general terms, the game provider's rules take precedence for matters relating to gameplay and the 1234xxx terms take precedence for matters relating to account management and payments.

For sports betting:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled by the player.
• In the event of a game or match being abandoned, postponed or voided, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that market, which are published within the market information on the platform.
• Live in-play bets are subject to a short acceptance delay. 1234xxx reserves the right to void any in-play bet accepted in error — for example at manifestly incorrect odds caused by a technical fault.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed within the bet placement interface on 1234xxx.
• Where a result is later revised by a sporting authority, 1234xxx will re-settle affected bets in accordance with the revised official result.

For casino games, all results are generated by certified Random Number Generators (RNG). The RTP for each game is published within the game information panel. 1234xxx has no ability to adjust game outcomes and is not responsible for the results of individual gaming sessions.

6. Prohibited Activities and Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1234xxx. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds and potential legal action:

• Opening or operating more than one 1234xxx account, including using another person's identity to create an additional account.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, verification or at any point during your use of the platform.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy or any other tool designed to mask your true location or identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any third-party tool to interact with games or betting markets on 1234xxx.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or external parties to gain an unfair advantage in games or markets.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors or technical faults — whether in games, the payment system or elsewhere on the platform. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are voidable.

1234xxx may suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

Where 1234xxx closes an account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method within 5 business days. Where closure follows a confirmed breach, balances may be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation or legal process.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 1234xxx is licensed and operated.
